(1 votes - 5.00 / 5)It’s common knowledge the canyon in Arizona is one of the most beautiful landscapes of the planet, i’ve been very lucky this year and got a beautiful sunset, and believe it’s not easy to get one in the monsoon season. Looking at this picture i find it very romantic but during the shooting i was thinking about Clint Eastwood duelling with some far west scum. Technically speaking, high iso, high dop and long times without breathing, 1/10 without a tripod is a real challenge. Do not try this at home.

My photography has evolved over the years. I've gone from wild post-processing experimentation with Photoshop toward a more classic approach.
As my best teacher, Joe McNally, says, it's all about the Moment it Clicks. I still use post processing but just white balance and curves adjustments, trying to do my best to get a clean shot and forget about digital monitor work. I always remember one thing. Light is the most powerful tool i have.
