(1 votes - 5.00 / 5)This is a tribute to a true artist and a genious visionary, Michael Regnier. He decided to step forward and combine together paintings and photos. And i want to say it loud and clear, this is not about spending hours on photoshop from a normal shoot. This is about creating a painting, buying the paint, getting dirty, picture it and mix it with another photography. He’s a real genious, and i tried in a humble way to emulate him, framing a painting i did 7 or 8 years ago and combining it with a shot i made last week. Thanks for eveything Mike.

My photography has evolved over the years. I've gone from wild post-processing experimentation with Photoshop toward a more classic approach.
As my best teacher, Joe McNally, says, it's all about the Moment it Clicks. I still use post processing but just white balance and curves adjustments, trying to do my best to get a clean shot and forget about digital monitor work. I always remember one thing. Light is the most powerful tool i have.
